Our mission is to provide a structured environment through one-on-one counseling and 24/7 accountability. This mobile application will give you the resources you need to control your (or your clients) nutritional habits.

How it works:
Once you have subscribed to Phase 1 Nutrition, you will receive an email with your log in information. You will have access to your web cloud account and your mobile application account. Your information will be shared between the two allowing for easy logging and multiple access points. Once you have begun using your logs, your counselor will be able to view and edit your progress to make this program 100% personalized.
